[…] And when dawn bridged the chasm between Life and Death, the newly ascended Muula finally got to meet her beloved again. Needless to say, my friend, their bodies quickly became one under the pale light, divine form glistening. Lust and sorrow merged into something mere mortals cannot even begin to comprehend. Perhaps it was this desperation that made Muula sap Vordell’s vitality once again, now on purpose, to plant a new seed within herself – the seed which would later bloom into Koobor, the most feared and respected of all the demigods.
They teach us to fear transgression, to never cross Life with Death, for every time Balance is violated, a bloody price must be paid. Or so they say. But where would we be without Muula’s defiance of nature? Without our beloved Koobor? our beloved Koobor? How would leaves rot to begin anew? Who would set the body aflame to fight off the sickness that troubles us so? And who would cradle our dying children when they are bursting with disease? No, my friend. Impropriety is needed, for without it stagnation is inevitable. And while I do not condone the act you had just described, I understand the necessity of it. Give the poor sod a moon behind bars, then let the matter go. No further action is required.
