The museum has been operating for several decades... with short periods of shutdowns by local authorities due to unlawful practises, alleged stolen artifacts, books, and journals. According to The Nutcracker, everything on display was obtained through ethical methods in order to share knowledge and information with the general public.
Not everyone gets to study at the University of Monda. This is for everyone. Sure, we may have ripped out a few pages from a few books, but no fellow would have read the whole thing anyway.
